The activity wasn't organized by the guide/cook. It took from 11:30 am to 5 pm to go to the market and make pasta with 2 sauces. Fortunately, we received 2 glasses of wine.

If you're expecting to cook with Mama in her kitchen, this isn't the tour for you. The venue is a youth hostel with a young chef, Marco. It's more of a tour for young travelers and not really suitable for a family. Marco was lovely and kind, and the class was good, but if you're seeking an authentic experience, this isn't the course for you.

We thoroughly enjoyed the pasta-making lesson and the delicious meal! We felt that the walk to the food market added little value to the experience, and perhaps that time could be better spent in the kitchen.

Nice activity, the instructor talked a lot, and actually, we only spent half of the time preparing the food. Good atmosphere and good intentions but less planned.

traveler – United Kingdom

Pleasant and very knowledgeable chef/guide. We really created some delicious pasta and met nice people from several countries. A good experience that took up most of the day.
